Shipping

We ship worldwide and offer a choice of carriers and rates available to review at checkout. Standard shipping within the US is $6.50 and is free on orders $100+
Express and international services are available to review at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 4 days (US) but exceptions may apply.
You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Some international regions may charge additional fees, due at the destination.
We typically ship using cardboard packaging that is readily reusable and recyclable.
In the event your package is lost or stolen following delivery, neither the carrier or One DNA can be held liable for any reimbursement costs. Please track your package and be ready to receive it at the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be refunded, returned for store credit, or exchanged within 15 days of the received date. We provide free shipping on exchanges and do not charge a handling fee.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Sale, intimate (such as face masks and swimwear), sample, and vintage items are not eligible.
