Size & Fit

  • Items are true to size except where noted. Most product pages include specific fit guidance.
  • We gladly provide fit and styling advice. Contact us for details.
  • ✁ Many of our clothes can be tailored. Leave a note with your order or contact us for details.


Shipping

  • We ship worldwide and offer a choice of carriers and rates available to review at checkout. Standard shipping within the US is $9.50 and is free on orders $100+
  • Express and international services are available to review at checkout.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 4 days (US) but exceptions may apply.
  • You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Some international regions may charge additional fees, due at the destination.
  • We typically ship using cardboard packaging that is readily reusable and recyclable.
  • In the event your package is lost or stolen following delivery, neither the carrier or ONE DNA can be held liable for any reimbursement costs. Please track your package and be ready to receive it at the delivery time.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be refunded, returned for store credit, or exchanged within 15 days of the received date. We provide free shipping on exchanges and do not charge a handling fee.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Sale, intimate (such as face masks and swimwear), sample, and vintage items are not eligible.

  • Boutiques and department stores around the world carry our products. We have partnered with Nordstrom, PacSun, and Walmart among others.
  • We offer custom orders for individuals, businesses, colleges, and sports teams.
