Size & Fit
Our clothing is consciously designed to fit a broad range of body types without sacrificing style. Most items include a size chart and fit guidance. Items are true to size except where noted. We typically recommend clients choose their regular size; size up for a more relaxed look; or size down for a more fitted look. If you're not satisfied with the fit, we offer free shipping on exchanges. We will gladly answer questions about size and fit. Please see Contact below for details.

We ship worldwide and offer a range of carriers and rates, including low cost and express services, available to review before you checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Some international regions may charge additional fees, due at the destination. In the event your package is lost or stolen following delivery, neither the carrier or One DNA can be held liable for any reimbursement costs. Please track your package and be ready to receive it at the delivery time.

Items may be refunded, returned for store credit, or exchanged within 30 days of the received date. We offer free shipping on exchanges. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
