We ship worldwide and offer a range of carriers and rates, including low cost and express services, available to review before you checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. US orders $150 and up automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Some international regions may charge additional fees, due at the destination. In the event your package is lost or stolen following delivery, neither the carrier or One DNA can be held liable for any reimbursement costs. Please track your package and be ready to receive it at the delivery time.

Items may be refunded, returned for store credit, or exchanged within 30 days of the received date. Intimate (such as face masks and swimwear), sale, sample, and vintage items are not eligible. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. To initiate a return please email

Size & Fit
Our clothing and accessories are consciously designed to fit a broad range of body types, and typically fit true to size. We recommend clients choose their regular size, or size up more relaxed look, or size down for a more fitted look. Most item pages include size and fit guidance. Once you have received your order, if you're not satisfied with the fit we will gladly exchange your item for another size. Our team provides virtual shopping appointments to interested clients.
